Hello.

I visited a neighbouring family in my country home and was really touched by their plight. The mother and her four daughters are visually impaired (not blind but their vision is limited).

They live alone and have no source of lively hood. The mother and one of the daughters require eye surgery to improve their sight.

Two girls school at Thika School for The Blind and they face expulsion due to lack of school fees.

The family toilet can collapse at any time and they need help rehabilitating it.

I identified their short term needs as; eye surgery for the mother and daughter and school fees for the for two girls in primary school.

Their long term needs are; school fees for primary school and beyond any means of livelihood. The good thing about the family is that they have a relatively good house which was left by their late parents hence they do not need help in that way.

Please help in any way you can so we can change the quality of life of these people.

Thank you :-)
