Help Paulina become a Heart IQ Coach

Dear Friend,

There are plenty of causes to devote our time and funds to. Healing ourselves, our communities, and our planet is one that touches my heart the deepest. I believe that Heart IQ offers a blueprint for doing that. It draws on the idea that healthy deeply connected individuals create healthy deeply connected communities, which in turn raise empowered, conscious and compassionate children. And as we all know, and as Whitney used to sing, children are our future ;)

A little over a week ago I came back from a very special event where I learned about Heart IQ methods and experienced living in a heart-centered community. This changed my life. It offered a safe space to experiment and explore what it means to show up fully in the presence of others, to openly share the parts of me that I have kept hidden most of my life out of fear of being rejected. In short, I was gifted with a deeply healing and transformative experience that allowed me to reconnect with myself, and to connect heart to heart with men and women from different countries and generations.

As a survivor of childhood neglect and abuse I know that one of the most difficult things for me is to feel safe in this world; to feel that it is safe to show my true needs, feelings, emotions, my darkness, and my light, and be met in all of this with mature attention, love and acceptance. Yet this is exactly what Heart IQ circle gave me. It allowed me to feel safe to be me: this direct experience is an abundant source I will draw from for a long time to come. This is also the kind of experience I want to share and facilitate for others who find it challenging to fully accept and love themselves. Especially those who cannot easily access personal development and healing tools due to financial constraints.

In order to do that I would like to participate in the Heart IQ Accelerated Awakening Academy coaching program.

The cost of this program until Monday, February 6th is €925 and I humbly ask for your help in raising this amount. After that the price will double.

The reason I ask for your support is that my current average monthly income is €1000 from which €750 covers my basic monthly expenses (rent, house bills, health insurance, taxes). At the moment I work in two cafe's while at the same time trying to obtain coaching and counseling certificate, and to develop my own coaching practice.

I leave you with this: please take a moment to feel into your heart whether any of this landed well with you. If you feel called to help, please donate an amount that feels right.
