I am writing this letter to seek financial assistance for my father, Simeon Cocadiz, who has been suffering from Parkinson's disease and had been recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. He was operated last September 27, 2021, and is currently at the Intensive Care Unit at Ortigas Hospital. We have exhausted his health insurance, our funds are getting extremely low, and my family is struggling to make ends meet. Thus, we are humbly knocking at your kind heart to help us support his treatment and lengthen his life.
My father is a very kind and hardworking Engineer, he stood as my loving Dad. He had already closed his agency when he was suffering from Parkinson's and while battling his disease, he was also diagnosed with Colon Cancer that required immediate operation, which cost us Php 200,000. We are currently incurring approximately Php 50,000 or US$1000 per day, and I am reaching out for any amount to help extend his life.
Please, find enclosed the doctor’s diagnosis, prescription, and ICU medical bills for references.
