We are raising funds for the operation and continuing treatment of our father, Leonardo Capil for his Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma.

After the diagnosis and review of the case, the attending doctor, Dr. Michael San Juan, has established that the cancer is stage 4 already, and it will potentially affect other organs if not treated immediately. After the analysis, the doctor has recommended for him the following treatment procedures:

- MRI = PHP 16,000 (inc. pro fee) x 2 session = PHP 32,000

- CTSCAN abdomen w IV contrast & Chest w contrast = 20,000 (inc. pro fee) x 2 sessions = PHP 40,000

- Radiation total cost: PHP142,000

- CtScan head neck 10,000

- Nursing and other Medication for Chemo;

Cisplatin 50mg = 1200 x 3 = 3600

Gemcitabine 200mg = 2000 x 6 = 12,000

Gemcitabine 1g = 6,000 x 2 = 12,000
