My name is Goutam Kumar and I am here to raise funds for my baby boy, Palak Kumar.
Palak is suffering from Acynotic Congenital Heart Disease and he needs a surgery to recover. I work as an Genral Shopkeeper and I can not afford to pay for his treatment, which will cost around Rs. 8 lakhs.
