Help out to get out of the pit

Dear people

My name is Tata, and I plead you to help me escape from a

hopeless situation. Please don’t judge me.

All began from end of December 2019, when we bought a condo in

Lake Forest. We arrived in USA in April 2018, because of husband’s

work. He has visa L1. I have L2. We have a child 11 years old and

puppy.

When we bought a house, we were so happy. You can understand

that feeling when you live in your own house. But everything was

changed after HOA opened the swimming pool. Swimming pool is located

opposite our condo. Every day starts from 1pm afternoon till 10pm

evening there is a big loud annoying party in it. People behaves with

no respect to community. They are shouting, yelling, freaky screaming,

turning loud on music. Someday they stay after 10pm. I can’t stand

this noise. My health shattered, I have headache whole day and drink

medication from it.

I feel myself under stress, because I could not find the way to

escape from it. I called police twice, they’ve never come.

We can’t move out, because of lack of money. If we can sell our

house (the market in our area is cold), we sell it about 600,000$. We

should pay 6% for broker’s fee; also we need again pay closing cost

and a small down payment at least 3%. It will cost us approximately:

11,000$(closing cost)+ 21,000$ (down payment)+ 36,000$ (brokers fee

for selling first house)= 68,000$.

After we pay off our first mortgage (600,000-572,000), there is

28,000$ profit. But total will be loss of 40,000$.

We don’t have so much money, all we have, we put into down

payment. We stuck with selfish people forever :{

Our numbers:

House price was 590,000$+11,000$ (closing cost)+20,650$ (down

payment). So basic cost of house is 601,000$, and all our spending

was 621,650$.

Our FHA mortgage statement: Rate: 3.375% Payment to escrow

(taxes, insurance, IPM) - 1093.29$ Interest & Principal - 2561.12$

My husband earns 7747.82$ per month. I don't have job right now.

Our expenses: HOA - 450$; Home services (mobile, internet,

water, gas…) – 370$; Car loan – 400$; 2884$ left for grocery, pet

supply and other spending.

In general We have zero cash flow, sometimes negative.
