We need help to keep our school (or as our children would call it, our second home) up and running. This past year has been a bit of a struggle, but we (teachers) have not given up! Because we know we are changing the world one kid at a time. We are giving them a second home (a big majority of our kids spend up to ten hours with us daily, that is why they refer to it as their second home) filled with love and care, a place where we give them the tools they will need to grow. A place to play, lean and discover. A place where dance, art, pretend play and creativity are as equally important as math, english and science! A place where they can connect with nature and animals, but most import a place where they can just be kids and do what kids to best!
So that we can keep doing what we do, and keep our school up and going, we need a little bit of help! If you could please help us we would be forever grateful. Any amount helps, as well as your best wishes and positive thoughts.
Thank you so much! A warm hug from our school to you!
P.s. If you have any questions about our school, or would like to know a little bit more about what we do, or what a day in our shoes looks/feels like, feel free to ask away, we will be more then happy to reply.
“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” ― Albert Einstein
"We have to rethink the fundamental principles on which we're educating our children. Imagination is a gift that we use need to use wisely. We need to see our creative capacities for the richness they are and seeing our children for the hope that they are. And our task is to educate their whole being, so they can face this future. By the way -- we may not see this future, but they will. And our job is to help them make something of it." ― Ken Robinson
