Help our family get a home

My family (two children, fiancé, and myself) my has been to house to house over the last five years, either with roommates or on our own and each place we have had has been a dump or the landlord was a scum lord, right now my family of four is staying with my aunt who has a total of 5 people living with her in a small trailer. All of our things are in a storage unit and my daughter’s dog is staying with her other aunt because we cannot have her here. I cannot afford to buy a house on our own and I cannot get funding through loans or anything because of my credit, I go to school and work 5-6 days a week, and my finance works when I am not at work. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I know the amount is high but we are trying to stay in a good area due to the kids and school and I looked up on Zillow how much houses sell for in this area and that is on the cheaper side.
