Help Oscar Live Longer

Oscar is working as Corrections Officer at Bureau of Corrections in Muntinlupa City, Philippines. For the past 2 months he had been rendering 12 hours of duty at the camp gates to secure the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) confined at the Bureau of Corrections. The steaming heat of the sun during his tour of duty gave him discomforts and experienced difficulty of breathing. Rushed to the hospital, the ECG resulted to a high Troponin. The cardiologist recommended angiogram/angioplasty. Major hospitals refused to admit him due to crowded facilities for Covid patients. The nearest hospital available estimated the cost at 400,000 php. In his position, Oscar could not afford the cost of his hospitalization. His health card has been consumed and as days past by, we could not get assurance that he could be well unless he undergoes the angiogram/angioplasty.
