Help Nurse Mira’s Chronic Heart Failure Medical Expenses

Mira has recently been diagnosed with Chronic Heart Failure Class 2 and Dilated Cardiomyopathy. She was also suggested to resign from her current work due to her condition as she can no longer have a physically demanding job which causes her to experience fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath and chest pain.

Her phsyician recommended her to undergo an angiogram procedure to fully determine the extent of her heart's condition which will approximately cost $600 to $1,500 USD. She will be undergoing the cheapest possible at Manila Doctors and will also need funds for the six (6) newly prescribed medications and follow-up consultations.

Mira filed her resignation last Wednesday, January 10, 2018 after being diagnosed.

I started this fund raising for Miranova Balingit, my bestie. A very bubbly lady with a big heart for her friends, family, and her patients. She is a nurse that goes beyond even her health limitations just to provide the best for her patients.

We have been friends for over 6 years starting when we were still studying Bachelor of Science in Nursing up until now we're both registered nurses. On average, the salary of a registered nurse in the Philippines ranges from only $160 to 200 USD/month excluding expenses and tax which is not enough especially for Mira, the bread winner of her family.

It would really be a blessing to receive any amount as a donation for the medical expenses of Mira. She is like a sister to me and I would do anything to help her raise funds as soon as possible with your help.
