Help Nihan Get Her Education

Hello Everyone!

My name is Nihan. I am a 20-year-old university student. However, I'm not satisfied with my college and I want to change this situation before this affects the rest of my life :(

I went to Amsterdam as a result of my exam success. My local municipality gave this trip as a gift to me. And... I fell in love with Amsterdam. Moreover, I learnt that the world's best 7th psychology faculty is in Amsterdam and it is a great coincidence that I'm also in love with psychology!

So, shortly, I am now sure that I want to study psychology, not my current major, and I truly believe that I might have a chance getting into the world's best 7th psychology faculty. I'm an excellent student who loves learning and I have even learnt English by myself.

Who knows, maybe I won't succeed getting in. But not being able to try because of money hurts me a lot.

When my father had this very serious heart attack, the accountant of his company stole all the money and left us nothing but a huge amount of tax debt. So, I'm sorry to say that my family can't afford my education. It saddens me more that they are sorry, too.

I tried working to save the money I needed but I could only work in summer because of my school. I have a such an intense program during school time which never lets me work. That is why, in my own country, I can barely survive with my scholarship. And in summer, I couldn't save enough because even the TOEFL price is too high for me because of the currency. Also, I had to deal with sexual harassment at work.

So, desperately, as a final search for solution, I'm writing here. I need this money to apply the university, and if I can get in, I'll have Netherlands government by my side and they will financially help me. But there is no such scholarship that will cover the application fees.
