Hi! I'm Roy and I'm a new Dad.

Last October, my soon-to-be wife gave to our lovely daughter, Aly. When I first held her, I started crying and thought, "This little girl, this angel, is MY daughter. How could someone like me deserve such a wonderful blessing?." Right then and there, I swore that I will do anything for her and give her a good life. And I thought, since I'm family-oriented and love to cook, I will start a business that focuses on good food and family and that's when I came up with Los Porkos.

Los Porkos is Filipino-Mexican fusion restaurant that offers Bagnet meals. Bagnet is a double deep fried pork dish that originated from Ilocos, Philippines that gained popularity in Metro Manila in the past few years. Why Filipino-Mexican? Because I believe Filipinos and Mexicans have a lot in common especially love for good food and family. So why not combine 2 cultures and create dishes that are innovative, enjoyable, unforgettable, and affordable.

And I need your help to make Los Porkos happen and make my dreams for little Aly come true. Your donations will be used to get the perfect location and purchase equipment.

Thank you for your time and your donations!

God bless,

Roy
