Help needed with donating a small house to a mother and daughter

Trying to buy a small wooden cabin (Wendy House) for a mother and daughter that currently don't have a place to stay after her husband left her, The mother is only getting a disability grant after dislocating her shoulder very badly when she helped a sick old aged person who fell out of his bed at a old age home where she worked as a cleaner. She did not have medical aid and the company she worked for refused to help her as they said that it was not her "job" to pick up the patient, but that she had to call one of the medical staff. The arm was left untreated for quite a long time and as she could not work, she lost her job and at the same time her husband left her. She was evicted and for the last year she and her daughter has been drifting from place to place - and even sleeping outside some nights. I would like to buy her a little wooded cabin to stay in so that they are at least out of the cold at night. She still has some furniture stored in someone's garage and her disability grant will help towards food for the month.
