Help save me from this Tumor

Good day all.

I am so great full to a platform like this so as to share my story and hopefully receive some help for the problem that I am experiencing.

I am a 36 year old male, with no family. I have been diagnosed with a tumor in my abdomen and am in desperate need of an operation to remove it. I was diagnosed in December 2019, and since then have lost a whopping 18kg as eating and digesting are very are for me at the moment. Doctors say that once the tumor is removed, this should improve and I would be able to regain some of my health.

I do not have any family that are able to assist me and neither do I have any medical aid. I have spent every dime that I have on private doctors trying to find out what the problem is, and am now left to seek assistance at a public hospital, which could take months and thus my problem would worsen. I am already extremely weak and finding it hard to cope with day to day work and chores and am afraid that leaving it much longer could leave me bedridden or worse.

I would very much appreciate any form of help from anyone on this platform, in order to raise the funds that I need to have the operation as soon as possible and not be rendered incapacitated.
