Help needed for my husband suffering from Myasthenia gravis

Hello everyone.

We would like to appeal for help for my husband Dexter Bonnit Reyes, who is suffering from Myasthenia Gravis (MG). Myasthenia gravis is a chronic autoimmune neuromuscular disease that causes weakness in the skeletal muscles, which are responsible for breathing and moving parts of the body, including the arms and legs . He was diagnosed with MG last 2013.

Last 2017, he experienced the first myasthenic crisis. Myasthenic crisis is a complication of MG characterized by worsening muscle weakness, resulting in respiratory failure that requires intubation and mechanical ventilationand. He undergo a thymectomy surgery that same year.

We thought everything is going well when he started to experienced difficulty in breathing and swallowing and weakness in legs last week. After a series of test, that's where we found out that this MG is attacking him again. This is his second Myasthenic crisis.

He is currently in the ICU.His lungs is collapsed and he is under NGT. He needs to undergo Intravenous Immunoglobin Theraphy to survive as soon as possible.
