Help needed for heart procedures

A son. A brother. An uncle. A cousin. A friend.

Jayson Alonzo aka Jay/JJ to his friends and family, is requesting your help to aid the heart procedures that he has to undergo.

Last Monday, September 17,2018, he had a heart attack and was rushed to Philippines Heart Center in Quezon City. The doctors are requiring him to undergo an angiogram to understand where the block is coming from. It will be then followed by angioplasty procedure to widen the narrowed or obstructed arteries.

Due to this, his family is pleading for your ardent support to perform the above-mentioned procedures.
