Help Needed for Education Loan Repayment

I'm in need of some financial assistance from all kind hearted souls out there. My education loan repayment is lonnnggg overdue. I graduated from Temasek Polytechnic in 2005. I have just received a letter from CPF board to settle the total of my balance loan by end of Aug 2016. I have called to appeal but was told that I have to settle it ASAP. I am a stay at home mother of 2 boys aged 7 and 5, and currently expecting our 3rd child. My husband is the only breadwinner and it is really tough on us.
