Help needed for chemo and spine surgery

      Hello ! My name is Paul, I live in Romania, will (hopefully) be 24 years old this september and, well, i need your help badly. This will be a lengthy reading material and i apologize in advance for it, but it is necessary to understand the predicament in which I am in.It all started 3 years ago, with a small lump in my neck, where my thyroid is. I have always been prone to sickness since i was a baby, so i thought the red bit was from a mosquito bite and it was just a small cold, it will go away. Then my gums and teeth started to deteriorate, even though I do practice good oral hygiene; also i started to lose weight and was unable to eat, well, almost anything, except fruits and some veggies. I thought they were unrelated.. I was wrong.      You see, i grew up on my own since i was 12. I had no father and my mother.. left me to my own to start a new life with a man. Life was hard, i didn't have an inheritance; i had to go to school and also work to pay rent and make a living, so i didn't have health insurance nor did i have any money left over to go to proper doctors and get a good checkup. Every doctor I did go to has treated me, well, as a nobody, because i didn't have any money to put in their pockets; that's how it works here. So they all misdiagnosed me, even 1 year ago, when the swelling has gotten as big as a potato, i have lost 35 kg and was having nearly unbearable pains in my right side.. i was told it was an infection from my teeth or thyroid cancer.      Before Christmas, i have raise some money, with help from a very dear friend, and had surgery, where the doctor removed my parathyroid and cleaned the swelling. But the pain came back.. the cut wasn't healing and puss kept coming out.. also more lumps appeared in the back of my neck and on the right side. My right shoulder crept upwards and i couldn't sleep from the pain... but the doctor said it was nothing serious (again, i didn't pay him enough). Then, one morning.. it was the worst morning of my life, first week of the new year and i woke up to my spine giving in to the weight of my head; i couldn't keep my head up. I called an ambulance, they put a cervical collar on me and since it was a real emergency they tested me 20 hours straight then i went immediately to the neurology ward... my cervical spine was in pieces. I was in hospital there for 4 and a half month straight, didn't see the outside world and had 3 surgeries done on me, 2 were to drain and clean the infection that has spread severely in my body and 1 to insert screws in my spine. The biopsy then came as another blow.. it was all cause by cancer, lymphoma. They couldn't complete the spine surgery because of the cancer, they told me that i had to take chemo up to a point where it would be safe to finalize it. So now i have been going through chemo (5 sessions done) and i am at the point where i desperately need the spine surgery. I have been lying in bed, barely able to go to the toilet, let alone take care of myself for the past 8 and a half months, all this time wearing a cervical collar 24/7, which if i take off, my spine gives in completely.        I have been fighting severe depression, sadness, loneliness and trying to get the will to live, specially since my only family on this world, my dear cat has sadly died.. I want to live, i want to have a normal life, a family eventually and then help others; but I need your help.. the pension i get barely covers the rent, i get food from people at the hospital that i have befriended but, the most important thing : I need a prosthesis and 6 more titanium screws which I cannot afford no matter what i do. Please, even if it is just sending it to other people, i need your help; thank you kindly !       I will respond to any question you want to ask, post any document I am allowed to post as proof and write updates and more about me when possible.
