Help Needed for Surgery due to Motorbike accident

My cousin, Christopher De Villa, had a motorcyle accident last Dec 2018 at Nueva Ecija. He's a seaman, married with 2 young kids age 4 & 1 yr old. He was back in the Philippines for a short vacation when he had the accident. He sustained several injuries on his head and different parts of his body. He had undergone brain surgery already which cost $20,000 (1M pesos) but would needed another surgery which would cost another $20,000 (1M pesos). They have already borrowed money for the first surgery and now they would need financial help to cover the second surgery. Their family is pleading for help as he's the sole bread winner. They are hoping that he would recover fully and be able to support and work for his family again.
