Help needed!!

Hello everyone, my name is Ian. I am im a very difficult situation. In the past I had big problems with addiction to drugs and gamble, therefore I allowed myself to get into a pretty serious debts and I need a hand to get out of them. After coming clean and speaking to my family about it, I started paying month by month to decrease a size of the dept. From 20000euros in 2 years I managed to drop it down to 10000euros but the problem is that my deadline is 20th od September and I dont have any way to get the money untill then. After speaking to people I owe we came to arrangment that half of it I need to pay now and the other half I will work out monthly. After seeing every single bank institution on Croatia this is the only thing left for me to try and raise the funds. Since I work as a barman, and the bars are unstable due to Covid, my bank wont allow me a loan.. It is very hard to write all of this down and ask for help, and I am aware that most of you will judge my actions, I hope at least few are willing to give me a hand and help me out because I really dont have other options.
