Help needed

Hi around 10 years I have amazing friend, she is over 40 years old and not in the best condition, physical and mental, both weak. My friend been always working, now she should go for throat surgery because she has there some tumors, but she don't want to go, because she is worried about her and her husband debits over years they grow up a lot, my case is to help her, I visited her yesterday and she dream to no wake up any more and for insurance pounds her family could pay debits. She is weak and out of humour and I would help her, but I have four small kids and only my husband work, my friend do not want go on sick leave after surgery because she is too scared about all payments she has, doctor said as she should stay about 12 weeks on seek leave after surgery, it is too long for her, any week with less payment growing up her debits. Her husband also working, they both are heavy workers, she started work in age of 16 and still not stopped actually has over 25 years work, and she prefer stay ill and go to work to has full payment. I would help her much as possible, she never leave people alone, in needs, whoever they are, whatever tired she is or whichever time, she deserve for help, and she must go to surgery before is not too late, her family may not survive this. If I collect full amount she will be free forever, but any amount will be as ticket to life free debits. I can imagine as is most they fault to take loans more than they could pay, but seriously she never stop helps others not with money as he have no way, but her personality not let he's stay behind and no help other ways, even when somebody stress her out but that person needs help she helps and whole family also, husband and children.
