Atanas suffers from a rare form of cancer affecting the abdominal cavity (carcinoma of the cecum with meta meta peritoneum and liver). Nasko has undergone three failed operations and numerous chemotherapy, but his condition worsened. His relatives do Consult in University Hospital in Vienna. There agree to make his life-saving operation, which is not practiced in Bulgaria. Doctors promised a complete cure, but the amount is too much for his family. Treatment in the Austrian capital will cost about € 50,000. On January 11, Nasko have to go to Vienna and has set a date for surgery on January 13 with a surgeon and oncologist Professor Hoffman prof. Prager (University Hospital Vienna Akh).
