Help my workers to go back to their province

Many people can tell how devastating this pandemic has brought to us. Same goes to my fellow colleagues in work. Despite our Engineer-Worker relationship they've been a family to me specially in this time of crisis. We were on locked down here on our work place since March 2020. Still we can manage our daily needs and have a decent work but some of my workers are not. They are construction workers who hasn't been in their home since the pandemic started. And when I ask them what they wanted to do after this pandemic ended they wanted to go back to their provinces namely Antique, an Island in the Visayas region of the Philippines. Despite their willingness to go back home they can't because their salary is only sufficient for them and their families needs. That's why I decided to take a step by helping them. Henry Cabuay, Rodsan Atilano, Sherwin Felipe, Makoy Dimamay, and 3 more. I appreciate all the help I can get to help my friends to go back to their families because "Behind their smiles is a story".
