Help family to start over.

Hi. My name is Rudie Swart and I’m a father of two boys and a husband to a wonderful wife. We live in Pretoria, South Africa. At this moment it is very difficult for us to keep our heads above water, mainly due to my bad health and our small business that is not doing very well.

Our story in short:

About four years ago we decided to move from Cape Town to Pretoria and started a small car wash and valet business. The business did really good for the first two years. Then I became sick(mainly kidney problems) and I couldn’t be so much involved in the business as I use to be. Business went down and since then it was difficult for us to keep our heads above water. My wife is working very hard to keep the car wash going, because it is our only source of income. Sometimes she clean the cars herself just to save money on the extra hands who help her. I still help her, but there are days that I’m not able to.

Like I said, this is not about me, but about my kids and wife.I love them very much and would like to see them happy again. She will do anything for me and our kids. You will always see her smile, but deep inside I can see her pain. She is working very hard and worries every day about bills, house rental, food etc.Please help us. We do not have any family support and life is difficult at the moment.

Now this is where I need your help please. A few months ago we moved to a small holding , because the rent was cheaper and my children could grow up in a nice and quiet small little town. My wife and kids came up with the idea to start a chicken business, selling live and slaughtered chickens , vacuum packed deboned chickens and eggs to the community and surrounding food stores and markets. We did all the research and marketing and the community and local businesses are very interested. It is our dream to own a chicken business and she and the kids are discussing it on a daily basis. It would be much better for my health because we will run the business from home The only hurdle in our way is finances for startup. I know the business will be a success .
