Help my wife to finally be happy and confident

We started this because we are trying to collect enough money for my wife's surgery.

Over the years we tried to save some money, but without success.

She has trouble breathing, because her nasal cavity was damaged during birth.

We tried several doctors, but no help.

She needs plastic surgery to recreate nasal cavity and we simply can't afford it.

Her voice is very funny and she breaths very loud.

She was turned down on several job applications because of that problem.

Please, help her to have a normal life.
