In June 2020, my father was diagnosed with Angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma, this kind of cancer is an aggressive one and is a very fast growing one. The treatment is done to slow it down, in order to higher the survival rates. Even though, my father went through 5 sessions out of 6, his body can’t take the chemo anymore. For that the doctors decided to let him undergo a the 5th most expensive surgery in the world, which is the bone marrow transplant, that involves finding a donor. This type of transplant, called an allogenic transplant, will cost up to USD$676,800. The insurance was able to cover almost 85% of the costs, leaving us to cover the rest which accounts to 95,000 euros.

A lot of you may not know, but the Lebanese currency has lost its value in front of the dollars. 1$ is now 8,000 Lebanese pounds instead of 1,500 Lebanese pounds. The salary of my whole family is now not worth even 300$. And if they had any dollars in the bank, the government is suspending now all of the dollars accounts and no one can ever touch them.

This campaigns money will be sent to my Spanish account, and I will withdraw them as Fresh Money - Cash and pay them directly to the hospital in Beirut, as no online system is working to pay.
