Help my special brother Alex

Hello, everyone! This is Aleson, and I'm here on behalf of my brother, Alex Araujo, who was born with Hydrocephalus, a rare condition that causes brain damage. Because of that, he can't walk, talk, eat or do anything by himself. He is alive to this day only because of my mother. She does everything for him for 28 years now (the doctors said that he wouldn't live past 2 months). He is as healthy as he can be (he lives on a daily basis of Phenobarbital, a drug to prevent seizures). He had an wheelchair, but it broke recently, and the money we spent on diapers for him every month is high. So I come to you asking for any help that you can provide to make his life a little better.
