Dear Family and Friends,
We are writing this letter in a desperate plea for my son Hector Aguilera Jr.Most of you know his story, but for those who don’t his current situation has become dire.Hector has spent the last 8 months sitting in Polk county jail with no release date in sight. He is waiting for a trial date after an offer of 15 years. His charges are bad but nothing that would cost him 15 years in prison.Hector’s attorney has not filed one motion and barely attends court dates due to financial issues. He is not going to get a fair trial. He is being asked to accept the 15 in prison.
“Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.” Hebrews 13:3
We have spoken to three different attorneys willing to take on his case and guarantee Hector a fair trial. These attorneys have discussed with us the limited options and give us hope to try to reduce his sentence.
Hector is very scared, he is broken, and he is losing hope of not coming home to his family especially his 5 year old son Ayden. He knows this will be his last chance. That if by the grace of God we are successful in raising money for his attorney, he be will grateful for all emotional support and financial assistance and he promises to return the generous favor once he is home.
Please we humbly ask for your financial support. We need to raise 30,000 for his legal fees and to help him fight for his life.We know it seems like a lot of money so let us break it down.If 1500 people donate $20.00 the money would be raised. No amount to big or small as a family we will be eternally grateful. We love Hector and are not willing to sit back and do nothing we have to try and reach out.We have to try to raise this money. This is not just to help him but to help us. We are heartbroken, we are mad at the injustices, his family has lost and suffered through this experience, we are not willing to let him lose 15 years in prison away from his son. We as a family need one more chance to get him the help he deserves.

Matthew 20, 21-22 "Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, "Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother?…Up to seven times?"Jesus answered, "I tell you, not seven times, but seventy times seven times."We all sin and fall short of the Glory of God.We all deserve another chance.
