Help my son mark kian to become a healthy person

Im mark anthony dalde from philippines, father of mark kiann t. Dalde who got his first surgery on december 26, 2020 at st. Paul surigao university hospital. On the day my son is born on febrary 28 2018, we dont know that he got the disease. the day that he is born in the birthing center after 3 days he did not poop and got vomit. So the nurse in the center told us to bring him to the hospital because the baby got vomit and no poop. When we got in hospital they did not tell us what is their diagnosis to my son. After my son is ok, we bring him home. Day after day we notice that my son is having poop almost a week. Then the time pass by, many of my friend and neighbor tell us that we need to bring him to a specialist for a check up. But then we did not bring him because we dont have money to pay for a specialist. As the day running and month pass by, there are time that when we see him that his going to poop we put a supository to help him bring out the poop. April 2020, we bring him to the public hospital again because my son have diarhea and always vomiting, resulting of dehydration. When they examine my son at the hospital, they told us that my son have a “hirschprung disease” and he will need a surgery. That time we are indorse to transfer at hospital in davao but the hospital in davao refuse because thats the time that the number of covid patient in davao increase. After my son is ok from dehydrated, we bring him home. After the months pass by, december 26 2020. Again my son got diarhea again and always vomiting resulting again of dehydrated. We go to public hospitals but they refuse us. We have no choice and then we go to private hospital. As we enter the gate of hospital, my son got combultion and i thought we will not see him again because his leg become hard and the eyeball of his eyes is going up. After a minute they said that we proceed emergency room to examine my son. After an hour, there are kind doctor says that he will conduct surgery after an hour. The doctor(sugeon) says that he will help my son. After the surgery is conducted, the operation is succesful. Then last january 14 we discharged because we have promisory to the hospital. The billing in the hospital since december 26 2020 till january 14 is 194,460 peso. Now i am hoping that the second surgery for my son is as soon as posible.
