Help my sister with her Surgery fee

Help my sister😭 on 18 september 2019 , my sister was involved in a car accident.She broke her foot in the accident . Her condition is very bad and she need a surgery .Her foot is broken and she need external fixator . She had an open fracture . I want my sister to be able to walk again . I really need your support in this matter. My family dont have enough money to pay for the fee. I hope everybody can support my sister even just a little . I really appreciate your help. I dont know what to do anymore with the surgery fee.
