help my sister get surgery for her brocken nose

When we were younger me and my sister used to play and jump and leap over everything , fun times yes , but the worst happened just there , once when we were playing she fell face first on her nose fracturing it , I could not believe what I've seen we took her to the emergency room they reduced the fracture yes but it stayed bent in a way that made her really self concious about it all the time , we always tried to make her feel good about herself and not to feel ashamed and sorry for what she looks like but it kept on bogging her all the time and causing sinus issues on the medical term of things , and when it came to the social life it caused more pain than what I could ever describe or experience and I'm in no place to judge how hard it felt .

but we haven't lost hope yet as a surgical operation could fix all of her troubles , so please help me make my sister happy again and give her the trust in her self and the joy back , I can't do it without your help and I was hoping to make it possible in may as the doctor would be availabe at that time to help us .
