Help my sister get her education

Hi guys. I wanted to try this out as I have been struggling financially but want to help my little sister who is now 12 years old. She has not been able to go to school since grade 3 because of a citizenship mix up and now we have to pay fees since she is an illegal alien in the Philippines. She is supposed to be a dual citizen of the U.S and Philippines but because of hardships, my mother was not able to process her papers. I want to at least try to help my sister and give her a chance at proper education so she can take care of herself in the future.
