Help my sister get back home due to covid 19

my sister was living in Cairo and was in her 5th semester when the covid epidemic spread. now she is not studying because of delayed learning. tickets return to Malaysia is 1600 dollars including quarantine hotels and ticket fares. my dad works as a security guard and doesn't have that much money. the death toll in Cairo Is Rising. I can't let my sister be there. As much as i hate her, she's still my sister. I ask for all of your kind service to help as much as you can. help my family. Your help is greatly appreciated. A dollar for 1600 people would make a huge difference. Please help us 😔
