Help my sister, Marie Jensen Manalang, fight this breast cancer

My name is Ysa and I am from Pampanga, Philippines. I've set up this campaign for my eldest sister, Marie Jensen Manalang, who is currently battling breast cancer.

My sister had a unilateral (right) mastectomy in October 2019 and was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, Stage 3. She underwent 18 chemotherapy sessions from December 2019 to February 2021, and followed by radiation therapy.

She recently had a PET CT scan in Manila, but the scan showed some spots in her lungs and in her liver. The oncologist is suspecting this to be a sign of metastasis. This year, she had complaints of extreme pain in her right arm, shoulders, and back. She was referred for bone scintigraphy to evaluate for bone metastasis.

She also started to notice some lumps in her shoulders, which were immediately removed by her surgeon and passed on for biopsy. Unfortunately, the cancer cells were very aggressive and it was confirmed that the cells have already started to metastasize. She was advised to undergo 13 sessions of chemotherapy.

Her oncologist suggested using these 3 medications:

1. Perjeta: approx. Php 83,000 per session (exclusively distributed by Roche)
2. Herceptin/ Hertraz: approx. Php 24,000 to Php 26,000 per session
3. Docetaxel: ?

The above treatment would cost hundreds of thousands per session. Though in so much pain, my sister still works on a graveyard shift (12 AM to 9 AM) to earn income and manage her medical expenses. To further assist with her finances, we initiated the donation drive "Cookies for a cause". Although we've gathered some support from relatives and friends, we would still like to appeal for some help. Cancer treatments are very expensive, and the ongoing medical expenses could also be overwhelming for her and her husband.
