Campaign Story
The house of my sister's family was recently caught in a fire which devoured nine other neighboring units in Cabantian, Davao City (Dec 6, 2018). The only things they managed to save were a few documents (with burnt portions) and a photo album they have been keeping. Fortunately, no one in the family was harmed.
That said, my sister Aida Hangad-Penafiel--a mother of two kids in high school--is currently having a hard time making ends meet, now that most of their resources were reduced to ashes.
We are knocking on the hearts of everyone who are willing to extend their helping hands to contribute to this donation pool, which we hope would enable my sis and her family in rebuilding their home and buying necessities for day to day living.
