I want to help my parents by earning money.

I applied for FAFSA and was not eligible for financial aid because my parent's income was "too high" to receive aid. However, my parent's income just barely broke the line of needing financial aid and not needing it. 

We just moved into a new house that they have to pay rent. We moved because the previous house, the house I grew up in, was foreclosed on. They have to pay $1,500 per month to live here. On top of which, I have two younger siblings, so they must provide for them as well. 

My mother is willing to pull money out of her 401k to help pay if necessary and my grandmother is willing to get a THIRD job to help but I don't want it to get to that point. 

I am doing my part.

I am looking for a job and applying to jobs relevant to what I am studying, which is anything involving animals. I volunteer at a local animal hospital as well. I am trying to get a job to help pay for college AND save to buy a car.

I can assure you, I have realized how expensive college is, and do not intend on squandering away a single penny on frivolous purchases.

100% of the money will go to college and a car.
