Hi, my name is Andrea Villalobos, I'm venezuelan and also from Zulia, 30 years old, I migrated to Argentina 10 months ago searching for a better future and also I help my parents who are in Venezuela having a hard time and being victims of venezuelan socialism.
Currently my parents are people who have health problems: my father (64 years old) has problems with hypertension, diabetes and suffers from the heart; On the other hand, my mother (63 years old) has hypotension, cholesterol and diverticulum problems, both without the possibility of being able to move to a relative's house during these times of quarantine.
Despite the situation, they have been able to cope with the harsh situation since I have been able to help them cover the costs of medicines and some food, however, in recent months, the electrical problems in Zulia have increased dramatically, in such a way that the only air conditioners have been damaged, and exposing my parents to temperatures of more than 45 ° C in the shade to humidity that increases the thermal sensation, having seen in the past how my father many times almost fell unconscious because of the heat of the area, and my mother loses her vision before heat waves like this.
Currently my funds are not enough to help them in this situation because the quarantine has not allowed me to return to my work. I ask for help because it is my wish to be able to buy 2 air conditioners to replace those that have been damaged, the air conditioners are approximately $ 420 each. I want to help my parents and not know that they suffer such a horrible situation, that's why I have been forced to go to this medium to help them solve this situation, I accept any help that could help me acomplish this goal.
I am afraid that if I do not replace the damaged air conditioners, my parents may become dehydrated and also fall unconscious due to the continuous heat. I’m sorry if I do not publish a photo of my parents, I don’t want to expose them to socialism in the country, neither want them to be persecuted or worse.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
