Greetings of peace and joy!

I am launching this fund raising campaign to aid my ailing father "FERNANDO M PERALTA" (57 Years Old) who was confined at St Loius Hospital, Tacurong, Sultan Kudarat on February 22, 2018 and was later tranferred to St Elizabeth Hospital, General Santos City on March 7, 2018 upto now.

The following are the diagnosis: Sepsis (blood infection), Chronic Kidney Failure, Cellulitis due to diabetes and heart problem/issues.

In order to cure the abovementioned illness, series of medical procedures have been started such as follows:

a. Daily Dialysis - It’s a treatment that takes over kidney function, process of removing excess water, solutes and toxins from the blood in those whose native kidneys have lost the ability to perform these functions in a natural way. This is referred to as renal replacement therapy.

b. Heavy Antibiotic Intake to cure the blood infection and prevent further comolications.

c. Surgery for his Cellulitis to save his left leg from amputation.

In this regards, we are humbly asking from your benevolent hearts for prayers for the healing of my father and for any assistance that you may extend to help ease the family's burden.
