Help my nephew in his dialysis

He is Prince Noriel Zuniga Delos Santos, He is only 23 yrs old. He was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure and currently undergoing dialysis twice a week. But due to his health status and the pandemic he cannot support his medical expenses and cannot even support the needs of his two year old daughter.
Right now he cannot proceed to his treatment because he need to a get swab test to follow the hospital protocol but we doesn’t have money to pay for it. He needs it asap or else his blood will get toxic and possible for him to die. He was begging for help because he still wanted to see his daughter to grow up.
