Help my mother’s village through drought period

This year, Zambia's poor rainy season has devesated farmers across the country, especially in southern Zambia. In particular, my mother's village was hit particularly hard. This woman has a good, arable land on which to farm; however, because of the drought, she is suffering from a lack of food. Also, there is no power in the area. if she could manage to get help of Solar pumps, water pipes, drippers and money for banana seedlings and other crops, this would help not only her, but the entire village whom she can feed with her crops.
