Help my mother get new teeth

I want to help my mother get new teeth, she is missing some teeth and the ones of the front of her mouth are becoming rotten and are crooked. She does not have much money, she receives the minimal salary in Portugal while helping me and my sisters with our studies. My mother, who has 47 years, is very beautiful but because of her teeth she thinks she's ugly and it lowers her self-esteem. She also suffers with anxiety and panic attacks. She never smiles at pictures and when talking with someone always tries to hide her mouth so nobody can see her teeth.

I am a college student and my mother is helping me realizing my dream of having and college degree. So now I want to help her to realize her dream of having beautiful teeth.
