Help my mother fulfill her dream

My mother is a 56 years old woman who's led a rough life and always put others before her, but now she wants to fulfill her lifelong dream.. to own a clothing shop with her own designs. She borrowed some money from a friend and took a loan and spent most of the money on machines, workers, the shop and paid less than half the rent. The rent is like 30K and she told them she'd pay the rest of the rent 3-5 months after opening. The manager was okay with it at first (they have a mutual friend) but now 7 weeks before her grand opening he's not. Long story short if she can't pay she will lose her store and her dream.
