My name is Harvey Arizala and I am raising this campaign for my mother, Rosalinda Arizala.

I am humbly asking in the goodness of your heart if you can please help me and my mother in her financial and medical needs so that she can triumph over the many ENT-related illnesses she is currently facing right now.

In February 2020, my mother had this painful earache on her left ear and headache, followed by a fever. After a doctor's visit, she was given ear drops for her infection. After a week or two, the throbbing pain then moved to her right ear. For the next 3 months, the constant ear and headaches with mucus discharge kept bugging her - her right ear healed but her left ear kept on making her suffer.

On mid-May 2020, she suddenly had a hard time swallowing solid foods. She then kept on coughing pools of saliva buildup. After a quick doctor's inspection, she was suspected to have left vocal cord paralysis. The doctor then said that it will gradually go back to normal after a few months but until now nothing's changed. I have to process her food in the blender or thicken liquids just for her nutrition.

On June 2020, she was starting to experience this intense pain in her neck, shoulder and nape area. Accompanied by her headaches, she was already in an insufferable amount of pain at this point. The ENT and Internal Medicine department of our hospital only gave her muscle relaxants but never gave a long-term solution.

On July 2020, a she underwent a CT scan procedure which resulted with her having a mass or tumor on her nasopharynx. Around August 2020, she underwent a nasal endoscopy and upon visual inspection did not see any tumor on her nasopharynx. The day after, a doctor from the ENT department called me to redo the CT scan to clarify some things.

Around late September to early October, she was already having a harder time swallowing. Since her ear infections haven't resolved yet, she is still in constant pain from the headaches. She was having a harder time swallowing because at this time she was having intense coughing and wheezing fits in every meal. At this time we focused on her throat problem because she was already losing so much weight from not eating regularly.

On October, another round of CT scan was done, which was ordered way back on August but was only done at this time due to financial constraints. The results says that her tumor on her nasopharynx has spread on other areas. At this point her head is already tilted at an awkward angle.

On early November, she underwent a biopsy procedure so that we can understand whether her tumor is malignant or not. Until now there is still no results. Last November 24, on my deceased father's birth anniversary and a mere 4 days after her birthday, my mother experienced a tremendous amount of pain on her shoulder. Her hands and limbs became even more weak to the point that she cannot stand without assistance. Her neck is fixated in an even more awkward and painful manner. Her neck muscles seem so tense.

I know that this is a very long, but that is the truth that my family is currently facing right now. I just want to be able to help my mom and heal her. She's constantly in a tremendous amount of pain and suffering and I am afraid that at any time soon her body may give up. Please help my mom. She's all I have my sisters help her financially but the amount for her expenses are far too much. My second oldest sister is in Saudi Arabia right now and my biggest fear is her not being able to see our mother again.

Her only wish from the very start of my schooling is for her to see me graduate. We grew up in a poor household and luckily I received a scholarship in college. Her dream is too see me on stage and graduate from my bachelor's program. All she dreams of is to see me succeed in life. All of my dreams are just for her. Without her, I am basically nothing. All of my achievements are for her. Please help me help me mom. Please help her heal, so that my sister can see her healthy the she goes home from her job abroad. So that she can personally see me on my graduation ceremonies.
