Im sure a lot of you can relate to my story.
Back on Nov. 7, 2013 our house was one of the 1000's that was destroyed by Typhoon Yolanda. On that day our lives were turned upside down and has been nothing but a struggle since. We lost everything that day but luckily we all survived. Not only did we loose our home we lost everything inside it and I have been slowly trying to rebuild but being a single mom and the only one working I just cant do it on my own anymore. I had to take work in Manila to try and make extra money to rebuild our home so my mom and my son would have a safe place to live, but as you can see in the pictures its not safe or secure. It's been 6 years since I had to leave them to try and make extra money and only getting to see them once a year gets harder and harder.
That's why I'm finally asking for help because on Dec. 24, 2019 Typhoon Ursula's did damage again to what we have already rebuilt because our house is just built from plywood and not cement block so its not strong from storms but I realize I just cant do it all on my own anymore and I don't make enough extra money to support them and still have extra left to build a new home the way it should be built so its safe. Plus I really miss my family and my mom isn't dong very well. I just want to go back home but I know I cant go back until I have enough money saved to build a safer house for all of us to live in.
If there is anyway you can help and donate you dont realize how grateful I would be.
