Help my little son please

My son Ernest (4 years) has problems with speech development, he doesn't speak yet. It insufficiency of the central nervous system. Now it’s important not to lose time and undergo paid treatment in a neurology clinic, as well as have classes with a neuropsychologist, speech therapist and kinesiotherapist. My family is in a difficult financial situation, my business suffered a loss due to the Covid19.
