Help my Husband with Neurofibromatosis Type 1

Hi! Everyone, my name is Christine, this is my husband Vincent Tiu, 35 years old, he was born with NF1 (Neurofibromatosis Type 1) is a condition characterized by changes in skin coloring (pigmentation) and the growth of tumors along nerves in the skin, brain, and other parts of the body. Last October 2018, he felt throbbing pain on his left leg down to his foot. Slowly he was unable to walk properly and cannot sit on a long period of time, the pain got worse until one November 2018 he was rushed to the hospital due to unbearable pain (neuropathic pain). MRI and Whole Abdomen CT Scan shows he has a tumor in his left pelvic area and a slip disc on the L3 and L4 part. December 15, 2018, major surgery procedure was made but only 10% of his tumor was taken out. Up to this day he is still in so much pain at the rate of 8-10 up to 10-10, medicines were given to him to relief and help him relax in some time. He suffer foot drop on the left and unable to walk without the walking aid, his sleep position is only facing at the right side or else a quick awake when turning on a wrong position because of the pain.

April 03, 2019, we visited the Doctors of Pain Management Group, Neurosurgeon, and Rehab to ask for further advise on how to help Vincent's condition. We were advise to have him undergo Radiation and Rehab as soon as possible all at the same time. The Radiation package given to him is a 24session (6X a week, one month straight) and Rehab (3X a week, one month straight).
