Help Jose Elmer Delarosa Cartagena jr. Have his Open Heart Surgery

This is Jose Elmer Cartagena Jr. 30 years old formerly worked at The Medical South Luzon as Radiologic Technologist.Around January he was rushed and admitted to the hospital due to difficulty of breathing.He undergo a 2D echo and also advice to undergo Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE) to further determine the extent of his illness.

He was diagnosed with severe aortic regurgitation and severe mitral regurgitation.his doctor advised him to undergo open heart surgery because to replace two valve as his condition has worsened.

We went to the Social Service of Philippine Heart Center to ask for help, and request to have her surgery scheduled, but the process dictates that we wait for a year or two before he can get scheduled. His operation is estimated to be PHP800,000 - PHP1,500,000 and we cannot afford to pay for that.

We are asking for your help to raise this amount so he can undergo the surgery, and to extend her life. he is a husband, a father of two children ages 4 and 9 they are both go to school but their father unable to work to provide for their needs and if by any amount that you can spare so he can have that surgery and live longer would mean a lot to us, his family.
