Help my HOPE with her Skin Disease

Hope was the only survivor of the 8 Shih Tzu litters. Her mother, my first dog (Chloe) wasn't able to attend her nursery needs because she was rushed to the Vet after she gave birth due to continous blood flow.  Having a poor immune system, her skin was affected by a disease in which we're having a hard time to cure. She's been in and out of the vet, medications were given, but still it kept on coming back. I'm asking for help because I can't attend all financial needs since we have 9 dogs already. My dad has a good heart and kept adopting a new one since there are a lot of irresponsible owner / drug addict in our area and just abandoned their dog. Actually my dad was well known in our area that would be willingly to adopt a dog if given.  In this funding, not only the vet needs of Hope (although she needed it the most) will be attended to, but this will also help fund their shelter/room (the one that we're doing in our home for dogs since they are 9 already)

please help me bring back her smile and confidence. Help me bring back my only Hope.

She was diagnose with Sarcoptic mange and later on healed. Never that I expected that it will come back and gets worse. The vet told us that because she has a low immune system, it developed to a massive disease and spread all over her body. 

To all animal lovers out there, im asking for your help for this poor furbaby of mine. I love her too bits and it pained me to see her like this.
