Help my girlfriend get on top of things

My girlfriend has been suffering from a medical condition, it is causing financial problems as she is unable to work very often due to pain, She has been in and out of hospital too many time this year to find out what is wrong, she is going for surgery for the the 3rd time in 2 years and money wise we’re not ready but it will hopefully fix her medical condition, she os worrying about how she will make her payments and now it has come to me asking you to your help.
