Help my girlfriend achieve her dreams

Hello dear stranger!

There is a girl called Ebru who is in love with medicine from her childhood. Her only wish was to become a doctor and help people in need of medical attention. Her parents are pensioners and their source of income is barely enough to provide for their daily needs and monthly dues. Till the pandemic she was working and studying simultaneously but because of it she got fired from her work. She's my girlfriend for over four years. She's fifth year medical student in Sofia Medical University. If we cannot collect the needed money they are going to kick her from the University.
